Lol. I honestly have been asked if I had my computer turned on when I have called tech support I said well yeah thats how I know it has blue screen or thats how I know this isnt working. They then asked if I had the laptop on standby that could Be why screen was black once I said no it is on lol. And Everytime it was Someone with a foreign accent and if I dared asked them Sorry can you tries that they would Get hateful lol but this isnt like that only the on part
