Lol...I just noticed a curious inconsistency with regards to the University of Texas at Austin Human Resources office..... They offer all of these seminars, classes and such for the purported purpose of helping employees cope with stress, improving work effectiveness etc. The thing is, lol...upon visiting their FB site, as well as experiencing their ineffectiveness for the past 10+ years - Im fairly convinced that the only people TAKING these classes, seminars and such are the folks employed at the very UT-Austin Human Resources office! My ex-supervisor - my ex-ABUSIVE supervisor - went to work for them, and if my memory serves me correctly, she was always attending their seminars and such. They claim that individual grievances and such are kept anonymous. However, Ive had too many friends turn to them in times of abuse and such, and have their business thrown right back up into their faces. That, and I found out my former supervisor - who seemed to be taking out some kind of manic-depressive episodes on me - was regularly contacting them in the event that she decided to let me go, since we are employed by the State and she wouldve had to take more extended measures. University of Texas at Austin Human Resources is just a shadow organization - a housed group with no apparent function! And the seminars are all smoke and mirrors..... The More You Know....lol...
