Lol. This is a huge shout out to my Momma, Faye Bentley!!!! It is beyond sad the world we live in. It is sad when an irresponsible, ungrateful, self centered CHILD can take advantage of a persons genuine love and care and tell nothing but LIES and crush that person who has scrimped and sacrificed whatever they had to in order to try to give them a different start in life than what they were destined to be. This is not at all uncommon in our society because the law upholds this- they CONDONE it. My Mother-in-Law took in a child of this nature because her heart knew without doing so this CHILD would never have a chance of doing anything more than falling in the footsteps of all those before her. She did not want this child to travel that road, although she was already headed that way. This CHILD was at the end of that road for the choices she knowingly made an laughed about now had her to where EVERYONE had given up hope. She was going to be sent to Juvenile Hall until 18 for her actions had deemed her a juvenile felon. A woman who had raised her children and at a point in life should not have to raise another refused to let this happen and knew she could help this CHILD her life in order. She was in court just about ad much as the judge, trying to defend the actions of this Child, had to attend endless counselor visits, and openly welcome Social Services into her home. She lived on a fixed income and received no support in her effort of assuring this CHILD had what she needed, most of what she wanted, or anything else. Yet, what did she get???? She got treated with DISRESPECT, no regard to the rules or guidelines set by either this woman or the courts, and a lot of heart ache. Because this child was told she COULDNT go out, this woman was cussed and called a BI*¥€ by this child, ignored repeatedly, and treated by crap. This child, not 2 months after almost being shipped off and court orders in place along with her grounds of probation, began doing the exact same thing. This woman was awaken to the KSP at her door to question the situations. Lo and behold, they confiscated the evidence and this woman was scrutinized in court for the actions of this CHILD. This CHILD not once ever said Thank you for standing by me when everyone else have up! This child made no effort to change her own life as she found it amusing. This CHILD only took and took and never saw the pain she was causing. This is the irony in it all though. This child became upset because she was given rules to follow. Her behavior only grew worse. This woman stood by her still holding to hope. This child, at 15 began seeing a 22 year old (I think something wrong with both him and her mentally)! This child didnt want to go to school, didnt like being told NO, or anything else. What does she do? She goes out with this guy and knowingly gets pregnant. Then THEY run to the courts- Lol.....not her probation judge for sure.... And tells them how she lives in an ABUSIVE HOME and is being abused and that she is pregnant do they could marry without anyones consent and it WORKED! My Mother-in-Law was with me all day shopping and upon returning home was visited by Police Officers who explained what had occurred without her knowing. They were upset with the entire situation and was sorry they had to be there. This woman was in utter shock as any person would have been. The law does nothing to protect the rights of Parents/ Guardians and the ABUSE they endure. The law never even investigated the Abuse Report. They did not care that this was a lie. What happened to the good old days that I remember growing up? I remember a day when a Police Officer told my mother to get my brother out of the car and Whip his A$$! There used to be atone when discipline was embraced, but those days are gone. Rather, KIDS are empowered to act stupid, do things that we would have not dared, and then when standing before the judge the PARENTS ARE ASKED WHY THEY DID NOT RAISE THEIR CHILDREN ANY BETTER! My response is this- GET YOUR GAVEL SLAMMING NOSE OUT OF MY HOME UNTIL SOMETHING OVCURS THAT ACTUALLY REQUIRES THE LAWS ASSISTANCE AND LET ME RAISE MY CHILDREN! I refuse to be afraid to discipline my children as I REFUSE to be standing in front of a judge answering where my child went wrong. I REFUSE to watch my child stand there in cuffs and wearing a jump suit and throwing their life away. I will do EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING to teach my children right from wrong, to always carry and uphold their morals even when society says they shouldnt and to treat every person and THEMSELVES with respect. Now this Child that my Mother-in-Law graciously took in, against EVERYONES ADVICE INCLUDING MY OWN, is 16 years old, pregnant and married. She has no respect for anyone, including herself or the child she carries. She will continue to Do what she does and this child is in for a rough road. I pray that this child does not fall into the footsteps of those before it. I pray this child doesnt become another statistic, but the life it is has awaiting it is not one I would wish for any child. I guess Teen Mom is an inspiration for todays CHILDREN! It is teaching our children that is is now acceptable to spread your legs, have a child, be manipulative to get what they want. Our society is nothing but a joke these days. Momma, keep that head up high. You did all that you could. You have unconditional love to a Child who didnt love themselves enough to not share themselves with the world. You sacrificed so much for someone who wouldnt even shed a tear for you. You stepped up to give this child a chance even after so many others before you had tried and failed. You were treated wrong and God sees this. There will come a day that this CHILD will look around, and it will be when she is at her lowest, and she will realize then that she may have made a mistake. The same for her Husband. When he gets tired of her manipulative ways, her constant lies and the drama she carries with her he will wish he could undo what was done. Our Law and Courts are severely messed up. Rather than Parents raising our children, we are forced to become Prisoners to a house of BRATS! Lol..... Not this mom. My children are and will be disciplined and corrected for I want to know I have raised wonderful young men and women not a bunch of convicted felons. If saying NO or CLEAN YOUR ROOM is abuse, arrest me.
