Lol tell me theres no conspiracy against New Life (read from bottom) ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: Jase Verrillo Date: Thu, Nov 20, 2014 at 2:11 PM Subject: Re: Breach of Rule 8(C) To: Nick Balancy Cc: Anthony Barton , David Hooker , Jake Riley , John Sollitt , Ken Baillie , Lisa Brooks , Paul Greenfield , Robert Smith , Shayne Hoadley , Steph Pinner , Steve Perry , Wally James Nick, The simple answer is no as it will not reflect the current decision of the Management Committee. The timing issue of when it was amended is just coincidence as I had forgotten to do it earlier and was prompted to do so when scrolling through looking for something else. As recorded earlier, I will amend it if your club is successful with its appeal. This to me suggests you were working towards the appeal deadlines (18th) otherwise by your argument surely you would have changed it on the 5th after the management committee decision! Seeing how we won the match can you change it back please until the appeal hearing is heard and the decision made. If we had found in your favour then the result would have been amended. The current table reflects the Management Committees decision and therefore has been amended. It is easy to amend back again should you win your appeal to which I have not been notified as yet via the LFA. Kind regards Jase On 20 November 2014 12:33, Nick Balancy wrote: Jase. Last year we had an appeal via the LFA regarding the Bostall result which was overturned. On that occasion You didnt change the result on Mitoo until way after the result of the appeal. Would you mind affording us the same courtesy please and leaving the result on Mitoo as 4:2 to New Life and leaving our points alone until the result of the appeal please. If you believe that theres flaws in the ruling/decision reached then that forms the mitigation for your appeal. I just write the letters for your attention as Club Secretary. Your viewpoints and questions will be heard by the LFA and if they feel you have a case then an appeal date will be convened and we will both be required to attend. Ive already outlined the fact we sent the relevant forms which you deny and how I checked the website which shows a registration number next to his name so I need clarification on how I gained any unfair advantage before I prepare my appeal please.
