Meaning if the wife failed to resuscitate him, what about the other doctors? And I am sure they do move with a simple portable oxygen machine if they all noticed had run out of air. And the little I know is that some people with heart problems are prone to neurovascular fainting or temporary black outs and most of them recover within 30 seconds to a minute on their own. Doctors will only suspect another cause if it takes more than 5minutes for the person to come round.
