We are one jeweller, one product designer and fashion designer all RCA alumni working here right now. • Your own desk area will be 150sqf in the bigger spare space, and approximately 75 sqf if you are looking at the smaller space, both plus very big communal place for working ( including 90sqf separate sound proof machine room for heavy duty work and dusting etc, 150sqf communal bench & self-built mezzanine storage) • Its an independent studio with our own well facilitated kitchen and toilet and shower in a very secure and well serviced warehouse converted building. • It is very well located: 3 mins walk to Bromley-by-bow station for District Line and Hammersmith&City line, 5 mins walk to Devons Road station for DLR; 2 mins walk to Sainsbury, 7mins walk to Tesco, 15 mins bus to Stratford Westfield. We are looking for independent designers, small studio or start-up business to share these space with. For the 150 sqf space, the rent will be £400 pm; 75 sqf is £220 pm all bill included.
