Loneliness Mother, was I such a burden That you had to send - TopicsExpress

Loneliness Mother, was I such a burden That you had to send me so far away? Do you know how much I miss home? Let us once again be that family of five with father’s canopied love and you the diplomat of our house. Can I once again be that girl who had an Enid Blyton or a Nancy Drew in hand? or the one who always failed in maths? Sitting here in this alien place Nothing makes me more happy other than thoughts of our dear home. I miss the bustle of our street and the noise of children playing near by. Where is that trunk that holds all my books? And that radio which never stopped singing? You just wouldn’t know how much I miss every little thing.
