Long-Live Tenants Student Strength Nation Strength Dear Friends, Its our pleasure thereby to inform you. The movement which has been triggered in Christian Colony has taken a giant face all over Delhi. It is to mentioned that we must aware about the movement. Friend our 6 brother have been on indefinite hunger strike since 6 days because of unjustified increasement of room rent without any proper regulations. This is the seventh of the movement. It is not only creating a massive effect but also there has been positive intimation for last evening student panchayat had been organized in Christian Colony on these points we reached an consciousness which are as flows. • There will be a fixed room rent of each room between 1000 to 1500 on payment we must receive a receipt as due process of law. • There will be a constitutions of committee including land owner Delhi Administration Students and tenants which will keep vigil on room rent and facilities to the tenants. • There will be formation of an association of tenants of students in Christian Colony. Which will take responsibility to redress the problems of all students in Christian Colony. • It is requested to all landowners please stick to let banner when room in vacant. Friends all students living in Delhi have a common problem. There is an ignition in Christian Colony we hope that those who are living in Delhi. They must know their rights and be united to resist against the injustice. There is no requirement of a new law to fight against injustice extreme irregularities, insensibility, which is done by nexus between land owner and property dealer. Rent agreement act of 1958 provide us inclusive right for it. We proclaim that please come and struggle against this extreme injustice and autocratic system. Our unity will ensure our victory.
