Long ago it was a way of life,now its just a job,no honor,pride,respect big companies have stolen that with greed,u stop an help a elderly man change a flat tire u will get fired,give a person a ride thats broak down u get fierd,pick up a lost dog or cat on the road an take it to a safe haven your fierd,if not fierd some one is calling u an threatening you cant do that its company policy,truck drivers havent had a raise in pay in twenty years big companies say trucks cost to much they dont tell u they are a big rite off at tax time,fuel cost to much,fuel is tax rite off,they dont wanna tell you how much the fuel surcharge gives them back,lots more they dont tell u,its makes me sad): family,s dads,grandpa,s,(uncle,s)brothers thats what trucking used to be,trucking family,s made money an company,s saw that an took it away from them,its all about safe now,them family,s never had many crashes,who has all the crash,s,its the big safe companies an its the same ones over an over an over? They got slow truck,s?They got things that go beep, that flash at u,that put the brakes on? Im 55 I have seen one cow truck turn over in my life,never saw a grain truck yet? All ways the big safe companys?o what about the million or so owneroperaters not the ones that lease a truck from the big safe companies,never see them in a crash,turnened over? An they say some truckers are to fat? What about the guy that sits in a office an say moniters e=log beep box,s,what if he is fat?then gets in his car? Thats ok, whats the %of cars an truck crashes, lets c 3%¢ yep thats it trucks3%¢ cars97%¢ but thats ok,u can be fat,bald tires,car all banged up leaking stuff all over the place,o I c not enough money in cars,to all the stock haulers,grain haulers,the real ownoperaters,hang in there all this hi Tec safe scrap will fail until then boys get it done.
