Long but lovely day....trip via Chester to lovely sunny West Kirby to see one of my best friends to have some more ink work done :-). Colour on my London Marathon tattoo, and also tattoo no.9 on thigh. Home via Asics shop at Cheshire Oaks, and a long Friday journey on the car park that is the M6! A little sore, a little tired....but its nearly Park Run day & then Super soar away fun day Sunday! Rock in the frock baby!
