Long post alert, but worth the read! If you havent heard, I am a coach with Beachbody and I absolutely love what I do! I wanted to share with you two opportunities to join in and have some fun! You may have wondered why I am so passionate about what I do. . . Let me tell you why. . . My doctor has recommended for several years that I exercise. I get massive headaches like today and feel lethargic and have difficulty getting up. Because exercise is so good for the brain, it releases all kinds of good stuff up there, my doctor has always pushed me to do it. . . but I never did. I figured that since I have always been smaller, I really didnt need to. Fast forward to turning about 39 when things happened with which I really struggled. My life changed; I just didnt feel like doing anything. Everything changed permanently when my dad died from Cancer on October 8, 2013. I officially threw in the towel and gave up. Dont get me wrong. . .I still worked, did stuff around the house, but did it because that is what youre supposed to do. . .just do what you need to do and wait for your life to be over. It wasnt until July of 2014 that I began living fully for the first time in 3 years. It was like I started breathing again. We went to Yellowstone and I saw the most amazing things, cried daily for my Dad, and decided that it was OK for me to live even though he was gone. (I tell ya, no matter how many times I share this with people, I still cry. frown emoticon ) My daddy meant everything to me. . . .but Im still here. I began Piyo the week after I returned home and joined a challenge group, what I call a support and accountability group for exercise and health. It changed my life. Not only did I start eating and getting healthy, I started feeling amazing. My dad would be so proud of me that I am LIVING. Here are two chances for you to take a journey. The first, for Valentines day, is open to ladies who want to commit to 21 Days of portion controlled eating. The second opportunity is for people who want to do something, but arent quite sure what. It is for men and women who want a longer commitment. This one goes for 30, 60, or 90 days. PM me or comment, Save me a spot! below if you are interested in either opportunity! Ill make sure you are with the right group!
