Long read but has to be said...........For years my husband and I have spent many hours going through popular automotive magazines such as PASmag, SuperStreet, Honda Tuning just to name a few. We always said one day we will make a feature in one of these magazines. This was a dream however, and we had come to the realization as the years passed it just might not happen. I mean Eric and I are now in our mid 30s, we are often one of the oldest at the tuner car shows. We have been at this for almost 14 years. However, when you want something bad enough you simply keep pushing even though you know the odds are against you. With that however, we are excited to announce that after all these years we truly did reach our dream of being a feature in a magazine. We are a feature in the Dec/Jan issue of Performance Auto and Sound Magazine. As automotive print magazines disappear (honda tuning) others still survive such as PASmag. I truly believe PASmag continues to survive because unlike many of the other automotive magazines they, pay attention and acknowledge the grass root community. The average tuner who doesnt have endless gobs of money or big businesses supporting them. Eric and I are nothing we skimp every penny and save save save to dump into our civic. I mean we bought our civic banged up off an As-is lot. We are your grassroot tuner. We drive the civic to every show because we dont have a trailer. I submit endless submissions for sponsorship and feature consideration and often never hear a word. However, PASmag realizes the importance of the grassroot community and allows our voice to be heard and cars to be seen such as tuner battlegrounds. So for that I recommend all local tuners to support Pasmag and I thank them for giving Eric and I (just a local florida auto enthusiast) a spot on their pages. Thank you to everyone who continues to support us and the masters who have made our car the way it is today, we cherish your skills and friendship. Sorry for the book but this means the world to us and had to share.
