Long weekend - using my annual leave entitlement before the end of the year - with today and Monday to do as I wish. All I have in mind this morning is to drink tea, play backgammon while listening to the cricket, have a nice, leisurely one hour row on the Concept (at least 14k, I hope), then wander down to the seething metropolis of Halstead, to marvel at the variety of life on show, and purchase milk and other exciting items. My, how much fun is this going to be?
