Longer Runs... Hi, I have a question about how to get better at longer runs. Im used to running 5ks but would love to graduate to 10ks. When Im running I start to get desperate trying to go longer so I speed up to try to get more miles in, and then end up burning out. The whole experience feels frustrating instead of feeling great. Do I slow down to try to go longer or keep working on getting faster to eventually get more miles in? Thanks!
