Look I know that Im a not a great with communication. Im use to doing alot of things on own and Im barely starting to understand how to work with a team and transition my ideas and stating them clearly. Dont get upset or take it personal its just me not being use to having ppl helping me the way that Ive been helped over these past few months. Also when Im working and Im not saying please or thank you or excuse me or being polite its not that Im trying to be an ass hole, its that Im being authority figure and trying to keep ppl in place, on point, and focused at the task at hand..... Im not trying be a ass hole even tho I am one. Im working period dont take it personally.... so If i offended anyone last night not intention. I was just doing my job
