Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store - TopicsExpress

Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? (Matthew 6:26). Sometimes we struggle and suffer through things which make us feel frustrated and hurt. Even worse we have to watch someone we care deeply about go through these moments, unable to remove their circumstances or helpless to ease their pain. I am human and can offer no explanation for these moments in our lives. I can only offer I have what I learned from my moments like this. I am grateful because God originally made us as a reflection of him (the better qualities of humanity), and he knows us not just by name but by how many hairs on our heads. He knows our emotions, our joys, frustrations, pains and sorrows. He, more than any human can ever do, understands exactly where you are emotionally in your battles and the depth of your pain. Let no situation ever rob you of the knowledge of his presence. He is with you, embraces you and those you love, and has no intentions of leaving your side. My thought and prayer is this reminds those who need it this season, you are not alone, not once.
