Warren Montgomery has already responded to Trainor’s accusation in this matter on TakeDownTheMachine. It is a LIE that Warren wanted or sought after this case. Warren was Ordered by the Honorable Eldon Falon, U.S. District Judge to represent this indigent defendant. He was chosen because, as a former federal prosecutor and member of the organized crime drug enforcement task force he was most qualified to represent Derrick Carter. Carter has already pled guilty, therefore there is no defense in three weeks. There is sentencing in three weeks. Do not believe the lies the Trainor camp is spreading. There is much to this case that Warren cannot talk about at this time, but some of which are positives for our communities.
