Look inside urself and face the fear of what u believe is outside of u that really is not outside of u but within us all. Til we clean it out we wont b able to rise up the light. Religions teach to avoid this. This explains why. Its not about embracing the dark side lol. No no no. Its about realizing we have played different roles in life and growing from it by facing it n embracing our light from within like badges of honor weve played to get where we are now n except we dont need these to stroke an ego. Ego is what has gotten us through much of life but it is time to release it and embrace the light within us. When u do this the light shows up and the darkness transforms into light and u need not focus on doin dark. Does that make sense?
