Save all the juice, save leftover beef. put fresh potatoes and carrots, celery and onion in the juice boil, when vegies are soft toss in the beef, add cornstarch and water to thicken, while hot make this bisquick batter, 1 cup bisquick, 3/4 cup milk, use a slotted spoon and put the stew in a 1 and 1/2 qt dish, so you get all the vegies and meat not all the juice.
