Look whos become the latest OAARS foster fail, within a week of being returned to the organization and moving into her new foster home! Sweet, happy Kay now will never have to part with the family that she has quickly made her own. She now has a big human sister to pamper her and play dress-up with her. Not to mention more faces to kiss and even a Hello Kitty bed to sleep on every night! We cant be happier for Kays happy ending. Be good, Kay!
