Looking back on last year! Let’s take this opportunity to look back at some of the highlights of what happened in 2014: This year 78 students completed their Diploma and graduated from the Mt. Druitt BSB campus with a well-respected qualification – well done everyone. Enrolled in excess of 100 students in the Mt. Druitt Business branch alone! Well done CA’s We celebrated our 2nd birthday in October – with many more to come! We’ve lifted the bar in branch lunches and now deliver the best and healthiest in the business every Wednesday at midday. Delivered a number of very successful Commonwealth Bank Start Smart Workshops. Ran multiple Confidence Programs from the marvellous Michael Sosa. Provided workshops and support from Frances Beggs with her never ending patience and intelligence. Celebrated numerous special lunches from “Feeling the Love on Valentine’s Day” through to supporting the SES with “Wear Orange Wednesday”. Celebrated Fridays with popcorn and movies, delicious winter soup warmers, even put on a month of game day challenges. Attended the St. Marys Fair with an Evocca stand and marched in the parade – woo hoo! Put on snap surprise treats from Nell our amazing SSO – pancakes, spicy BBQ chicken wings, cupcakes, ice cream cones and even had a treat in the heat with a Zooper Dooper ice blocks. Had an awesome Christmas Party with a traditional dinner and PUDDING! – please check out the fun photos in this newsletter edition. So with a snap shot of this much achieved in 2014 we can only wonder what 2015 will bring and just how many more students will graduate, how many outstanding branch lunches with be consumed, how many more celebrations and inspiring tutoring will be done and how many students will complete the year having personally achieved something truly wonderful.
