Looking for Disable people for Call Center Training. Please help us find people without one or both legs. It’s a pleasure to let you know, Adamya Foundation is starting its first batch of Call Center Training for disable people who doesn’t have one or both legs. Entire development program will be at free of cost. Think about a data entry operator’s work. He or she just needs his hands and brain to be active. Without his legs and ability to talk, he or she can do this job quite fine. A call center agent might work with the blindness. Similarly, people can work with disabilities at different areas of work and can be immensely productive. Adamya is coming with the vision to develop the physically challenged people at their convenient arena, with professionalism and other necessary skills so that they can be a part of economy of the country, so that they can work and thus have a better life with self dependence. As we are working with the people who are differently challenged, to get them to the right place first of all they need to be trained to grasp the skills so that they can prove their worth and can be positioned in an organization just not as a sympathetic gesture but only because they deserve. To prepare them for facing the existing competitive job market “Adamya” will arrange a “Three months Skill Development Program” consisting 2 days class a week (Friday and Saturday). In the program computer learning and practice will be given preference both during and after the course is end. Besides this, “Adamya” will also focus on the skills like communication Skills, organizational behavior, functional knowledge development, Microsoft office – week days, 15 days real life field experience through “On the Job Training” to gather on hand experience. OUR APPROACH We developed the 3 months learning program to develop Call Center agent.
