Looking for Healthcare Manager - Gurgaon (client - Big 4 Firm) This will be a part of our Government Advisory - Healthcare practice. • Graduate with management degree or postgraduate with/without management degree, with special reference to health, social sciences and economics • Extensive experience in health systems - health policy analysis and advocacy, programmatic reforms, health systems strengthening, quality assurance in public and private sector healthcare in India. Knowledge / experience of the healthcare industry, current and anticipated future trends. • A track record of leading high quality successful projects within a healthcare, social sector and related environment. Experience of working on a wide ranging health and social sector projects. • Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment with strong facilitation skills, ability to analyze reports, plan and monitor projects. • Prior experience on consulting and leading client engagements • Ability to manage client relationships • Commercially minded to be able to identify opportunities • Ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders at all levels within client organisations • Experience of producing high quality deliverables in a Project, Programme or Change capacity (ideally by leading a team) • Strong ability of ensure operational effciency and program management • Ability to understand rapidly clients issues and provide appropriate solutions • Strong communicator with the personal skills to build strong and lasting client relationships • Prior experience in consulting.
