Tuban, East Java. Working schedule of 4 weeks on duty and 4 weeks off 2. Jakarta Office. Monday to Friday, 07.00 to 17.00 & standby for 24 – hour emergency outside office hour.on call SITE PARAMEDIC (SP) Qualifications & Requirements: Min Diploma Degree in Nursing from a reputable university or nursing academy. Registered Nurse (having valid SIP or STR) At least 2 years experience on Site of Oil, Gas or Mining industry Having valid BTLS, BCLS, and Hiperkes Certificates. Having Sea Survival or HUET certificates will be an advantage. Self reliant with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Able to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels within an organization Strong in communication skill & interpersonal skill Administration experience, familiar with MS Office Capable to communicate in English both written and oral CLINIC MANAGER (CM) Qualification & requirement Medical Doctor with OH or MKK graduated Min. 2 years experiences in clinic management position. Having valid certificates of ATLS, ACLS dan Hiperkes training. Experience on managing occupational health and industrial hygiene programme in industry. Basic leadership competency. Strong in communication skill & interpersonal skill. Administration experience, familiar with MSOffice. Capable to communicate in English for both written and oral. General Requirement : All of these position must be willing to work on any area in Indonesia with ON/ OFF working schedule.
