Looking for a good core workout to do this weekend. This one is challenging and you can do it anywhere. I just finished it in my camper! The 1000 Core Everything is either 100 reps or 100 seconds Crunches-reps Plank - seconds Reverse crunch- reps Side plank left with hip dips - seconds Froggie reach throughs*-reps Side plank right with hip dips -seconds Bicycles 2 legs =1 rep Standing across body punches both arms punching = 1 rep Sit up or roll ups - reps Plank jacks - reps *froggie reach throughs: lie on back, bend knees and bring toes together and lift about 1.5 feet off ground. Bring knees away from body, it should form a diamond from your toes, knees and upper body. Crunch your hands through your legs towards your toes 100 times. If your neck gets sore you can support your neck with fingers by ears and simply crunch.
