Looking for a roommate to live in a beautiful duplex located in the heart of Williamsburg. It is two short blocks from the L train (bedford stop) and minutes from Manhattan. About the room and Apartment: Big spacious room with a lot of light The room and entire apartment is fully furnished (your room even includes a bed and desk!) Washer and Dryer in the Unit Roof Access Dishwasher Central air and heating Elevator in the building Two complete bathrooms Private Garden (would love some help making that Garden thrive!) Utilities are not included (typically range between 60-100 a month) No pets No peanuts (for real, food allergies man.)
