Looking for an edible fiber supplement! Anyone have suggestions? I always get the best suggestions from my FB friends! We are trying to get more fiber in our diet but not with the psyllium husk junk. However I cant find a fiber powder we can keep down! I tried the renew life organic powder and seriously threw it up .. twice. Fiber pills are stupid in that you have to take 10 pills to get 3grams of fiber. =/ I want it as natural or organic as possible but easy for me to get down... NO psyllium husk please. I get the worst cramps EVER with that stuff. This is part of Dave and Is slow transition to healthy eating. The goal is 35 grams of natural fiber a day. We cant eat that much salad and this is why we are looking for a decent tasting but natural supplement. Suggestions?
