Looking for donations for 1- Small and 1-Large bark collar. I have lived in the same place for two years and now the neighbor who is mean and rude (Ive returned his dog, hes not ideal person to deal with) keeps calling on my dogs. They only bark at sirens, if one escapes, or someone is on my property. I live in the center of Dickson so yea sirens happen a lot and they bark for a minute at most. But Animal Control said get collars and make them hush or I can be sued. Well I cant afford collars and I sure cant afford to be sued and I am for sure not getting rid of my babies over one neighbor being a tyrant. So can anyone help?
