Looking for educated opinions, especially from parents with possible deaf/blind children. I am advocating for the adoption of this little girl. This child is blind, and there is also a hint in her file that she may be hard of hearing. I have 2 blind children (adopted at age 3 years) but do not have any personal experiences with a blind child this young (7 or 8 months old). Here is my question, after viewing this childs video: DOES SHE SEEM DEAF? Are her mannerisms common for blind children her age, or does it seem she is expressing mannerisms for a child who is also deaf? Any insight/perspective would be appreciated. Thank you.
