Looking for some advice/help how to deal with my neighbors and their dogs. Below is a short video of whining of just one of their dogs and what I have to listen to Alllllll night. Im all for animals, and I know its not the dogs fault they got stuck with lousy owners. But I am to the point were Im sporting dark circles around my eyes and Im constantly tired through the day. (Not to mention Im 7 months pregnant) They have a pit bull mix, that is only aggressive with my husky. They have a chihuahua that is aggressive and follows you as you walk by. And they have a 4 month old lab mix pup (the one whining in the video). And all day they are constantly running into the street, running behind moving cars, and chasing pedestrians. Im scared one will actually get run over (as when they first moved in, they had a 3 month old husky mix pup ran over by a car) . Long story short day time their out in the street and night time they tie one down and keep the rest in the back on lock down. So they bark and screech all night. Already made it clear to them that they need to do something about their dogs... but they have ignored our plea. Please I need a solution!
