Looking for some insight from my fellow Grif parents... My Pearl is 9 and has come to have a couple of issues. She was born with an ectopic ureter so she leaked urine. She had surgery to repair it but since her muscles had not developed properly, she still leaked. I was able to manage that quite well with Rx Proin until lately. She has developed some heart issues which require her to be on 2 additional meds that have caused her leaking to increase. On top of all of that, she has cataracts in both eyes, leaving her almost completely blind. Ugh. Do you think this is a life worth living? I dont feel as if Im able to provide her this level of care due to unforeseen life events and the birth of twins, I would need to find her a home. Any thoughts?
