Looking for someone that would like to take over our apt lease here in Rapid most like on February 1st or 15th. Its a 2 bedroom 1 bath on south side down the road from the hospital. $550 month plus electric which has been about $40 during the summer and $80 during the winter for us. You would have to pay $40 for a background check for each person over 18. Security deposit is $300. The lease is up June 10th and then it would go month to month. No pets allowed unless you have proper medical paperwork for one. If interested or have any questions please ask!(=
