Looking for something fun to do Saturday? Volunteers Are Still Needed for the Soulful Giving Concert THIS WEEKEND! The concert takes place this SATURDAY, AUGUST 2nd from 12-8pm at the Yoshida Estate in Troutdale, Oregon. Please visit soulfulgiving.org for more details about the concert, parking, transportation, etc. There is a free shuttle bus that runs from the Portland Crowne Plaza, located at NE 1st and Wiedler, and will run every 45 minutes. Beverages and music are provided on board! :) We could use a few extra sets of hands: Saturday, from 12pm onward (including for clean-up that will go from 8-10pm); and Sunday, August 3rd, from 10am - 2pm. Volunteer shifts are approximately 3 hours long. If you are able to assist, you would just be asked to do so for a few hours, and then have the rest of the day to do whatever youd like, including enjoy the concert!!! All volunteers get free entry into the concert (whether you volunteer the day of the concert, or on Sunday) and will be provided meals.
