Looking through old journals & Im reminded of a few things... 1. There are many, many, many reasons I have a first husband. 2. I really, really loved the movie, Pollyanna. It explains so much about my personality. 3. I had a mad crush on Simon LeBon. Who? ;) 4. I believed that Jem was truly, truly, truly outrageous. 5. I used the word trippindicular wayyyyy too much. 6. I was in love with a boy named Greg C. from 5th grade until he moved away my 8th grade year. (Wow.) 7. I really believed I was going to grow up to be a Fly Girl. I practiced a lot in my garage. 8. I snuck out of the house more than I remember... mostly to go to the beach. 9. I was always reading something & believe it was my friend, Sara Garcia, who got me hooked on reading in the 4th grade. 10. I drove for the first time when I was 13 on a side street in Lake Forest. 11. Evita has been my most favorite story/musical since I was in the 3rd grade... thanks, patti lupone. And, I would like to go on record as being the only person in the 5th grade who predicted Madonna would play the part of Ava Peron and I was thrilled! The end. :)
