Looks like HECO wants another power plant.. conveniently located next to Schofield, Wheeler, and Kunia military bases, just in case a disaster wipes out all the other power plants that are near the ocean.. well, at least the military is protected from the natural disasters caused by fossil fuel.. my question for you is do you think this is creating opportunities for distributed generation and helping Hawaii achieve its clean energy goals~ after all it sounds like they are sprinkling some biofuels in this document, or just HECOs tactics toward distributed power plant strong hold as they move their suffocation factories inland to protect their asses from the destruction they have created (sea level rise due to carbon inflating our atmosphere like a hot air baloon)...
