Looks like they are planning a Mortal Instruments TV show. The movie really dropped the ball for me. However, a TV show could really redeem it if they have a new cast and new vision. I think it would need a channel that would make them into hour + long episodes...maybe 16 total like some said each season. And kind of Dark Knight/Harry Potter it. Meaning give it some real grit to the acting and story but also a good dose of lively fantasy. Build a world we wanna know more about then the love triangle. Someone did a book trailer to one of the novels that imagery and symbolism expresses what would be ideal.
