Looks like we hit the 2hr mark with absolute no help what so ever. I plan on staying on hold on for awhile more but in the mean time will be going over to tdi.texas.gov and start filling out the complaint form since you all cant seem to resolve your own billing issues. If anyone else is fed up with their wait time and has valid questions that they apparently are unable to respond to I highly recommend going over to TDI and filling out a complaint form. This is what happens when you give consumers ridiculous wait times for valid issues and dont respond, all while taking their money just has soon as you can put in your bank account info.
