Lord knows I am NO runner but many of you are (or walkers like me) I pulled a groin muscle 2 weeks ago. I rested a week... Started Monday walked at a slow pace cool.Tuesday was great nice 15 min or so pace but one couple of miles. Started Wed.... pain had to cut short..(had it wrapped felt good but then out)... yesterday and today, I am watching Morning Joe (what pompous asses) and icing....any suggestions? How long do I rest it? Heat or Ice went resting?...Maybe my stretching is wrong.....any bone you can toss an old guy who likes to walk at brisk clip....
