Lords and Ladies, Would appreciate some help and/or advice on a situation I have encountered with the game and Plariums supposed Support Team. On Friday, I discovered that I was missing approximately 405 single crystal coffers from my Sanctum of Shards. I submitted a ticket, asking them for help with this situation. This morning, I received an automated response that stated I am senile and must have already opened them in the past, since crystal coffers can not disappear. I submitted the following response to them: ****** Hello Julia, Your statement that Crystal Coffers can not disappear from the Sanctum of Shards is incorrect. Other players were on the Stormfall Community Page, this weekend, complaining about missing Coffers. In addition, I am not an inexperienced player, I have been playing this game since December of 2012 and I fully understand how to open and/or combine crystals. It is ludicrous that you automatically assume that because I have uncombined crystals at the bottom of my submitted screen shot, that I am stupid and did not understand what I was doing. Has it ever accord to your support team that I had simply opened other Coffers in the past, but hadnt combined them yet? Since it takes over 1,000 Crystals to get a 12th Level Crystal, I was in no rush to combine them. There were approximately 405-407 unopened single crystal coffers in my Sanctum, on the morning of the 9th, and when I re-checked my Sanctum in the afternoon of the 9th, they were gone. There is obviously a glitch in the game and I would like this situation resolved.
