Lot of pain today, but news all good. The painful aspiration drain should be taken out tomorrow. Then another CTScan to confirm abscesses are all shrinking. White blood cell count continues to fall towards normal. Ill be taking some sort of IV home for 6 weeks. Dont know the details yet. They still have absolutely no idea how I contracted this vicious bug, but the size of the larger liver abscesses indicate they grew asymptomatically for weeks. Its all crazy stuff. Ive had so many visits from people whove truly opened their hearts to me, in unexpected and surprising ways. And Ive seen every one of your likes and comments. Thank you for being there. When I leave here in a few days, Ill leave a changed man.
