Lots of injuries in at the moment due to the increase in exercise ( well done everyone) but make sure your trainers are up to date and the correct model for your feet. Also, stretch especially important if you have taken up running. Please warm those muscles up and cool them down properly afterwards. And if you feel any sharp STOP and apply R.I.C.E.R ...Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation, and referral.... Any strain left unattended could lead to a possible rupturex
