Registration and bib number collection 6-8pm Friday 25th Milford Football Grounds, Followed by Bike Drop at Lough Fern Fishing Club 6-8:30pm. Recomended that all competitors do this the on friday evening. There will be people doing security with bikes. All solo competitors and team members completing the Kayak section of the race must have kayaked before and have a good level of proficiency for safety reasons. Kayak lessons recommended. Race Starting and Finishing at Milford Football Grounds, Starts and finishes at Milford Football Pitch with 6.7k Run into the town and turn right and up the Ramelton Road and Left down the Carrowkeel Road, Left in the Lough Road, left down Milford Main Street and Right at The Travellers Bar, out the Kilmacrennan Road, Arriving at Lough Fern here a 1.2k out and back kayak on Lough Fern is under taken, From here a cycle commences towards Kilmacrennan taking the 2nd Left onto Tawny Lower and on to Druman, straight through the cross roads at Druman and straight through Ballyare and onto Ramelton keeping left at Whorskies Petrol Station, Heading Back to Milford Donegal, taking a left out Ballyaire and turn right at the Cross Roads at Magheradrummond and then right at the Moyle Hill Cross Roads onto the Bike Stand Followed by a 1k Run Back to the Milford Football Grounds.
