Wade Dolores Drury Tara Gelchion WELL its a small victory for common sense- the common sense that obama laws have been lacking for 5 years-- WHILE THIS takes some heat off red state democrat senators a bit, for the midterm elections-- the overall prognosis is not good for Obama & his AHA backers in congress as well as local goburnatorial races. ITS a small step? well no its a HUGE STEP+! AS the entire structure of AHA (OBAMACARE) was born out of HIS THEN SUPPORTERS (the unions) were and are demanding that he forces all americans to buy union standard policys to help drive down the costs for those unions who pay for those policys. in this one quiet muted step--- he used executive order (again surprised?) to use the treasury (one of his controlled executive branches of govt) (just like the irs) to stop implimentation of his AHA LEGISLATURE on a technicallity. the bigger telling sign Obamacare may be disappearing---IS THAT this is the single most important aspect statute of the AHA laws -- this law forced employers to pony up the money to pay for bronze/silver/gold level health insurance plans ----thus reducing theoretically the average premiums for all on these plans (more focused now----- THE HEALTH INSURANCE YOU HAVE NOW ) thoses who pay will be forced to pay higher premiums up to 1500 monthly for a family of 4 higher. well Obamas whitehouse finnaly realized that a stagnant economy is the last place to try to push huge expensive legal regualted expenses of AHA onto the employers--- this helps those looking for & wanting a job in a private sector--- to not have to worry about the added costs
