Love Fudge but hate the sugar? here you go... .Ingredients • 1 cup walnuts • 1 1/3 cup of chopped dates (Medjool dates are lush!) • 4 tbsp coco powder (the less added ingredients the better) • 1 tsp vanilla extract - same as above, the most pure the extract the better. Directions 1. Blend all ingredients until smooth in a food processor. 2. Spread in a pan, or something flat like a tupperware tub,refrigerate , then when its set hard, cut into bars. Enjoy...of course ;)
