Love In Action We often think of love as something that is in our hearts. That of course is true. However there is more to the story or the meaning of love. The Bible challenges us to express the love that is in our hearts, to live it out. We give an outward expression of love through serving others. In Galatians 5:13 Paul says we have been liberated to serve others. That’s interesting. What have we been liberated from that would keep us from serving others? Paul means we have been freed from the power of sin and the pull of the flesh so that we can focus on others and not solely upon ourselves. Living by the leading of the Spirit, God can use us to express His love toward others through our acts of service in His Name. Pretty cool! Why not put your love in action today! Pastor Fred Rivers
