Love never remains the same, that is why it is considered a great mystery. We evolve in this mystery called love. We love for many reasons, passion, lust, security, loyalty. Looking back, I would be the first to admit that my experiences in romantic love were failures. Am not perfect, never have been never will be. Am too old, set in my ways. At 40 am not looking for the One. Am not looking to be someones Babe. At 40 I want to continue being my own person. Ive matured so much over the last three years. Ive learned about loss, Gods everlasting love, self forgiveness and inner peace. I always say, the world is full of people for any one person to feel lonely. Thus far I have learned wonderful lessons of courage and perseverance from both my Parents, may they both rest in peace, my best friend Yesenia, and my Brother Joey. Its been said we all have our own cross to bear, but these beautiful people God has put in my life have been very graceful and never a day complained. For them am very grateful. I can honestly say I have found my soul mates in my family and those special people I hold dear and near my heart. I find comfort that if I should die tomorrow these same people will always hold my best interest at heart. Am so Blessed. Life is too short to waste and put yourself as second best.
