Love this recipe...makes DELICIOUS pizza Cheese Crust Pizza 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 4 eggs ½ cup parmesan cheese (I use the kind in the jar) ½ tsp. Italian seasoning ½ tsp. garlic powder 16 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded 1 jar pizza sauce Assorted toppings: pepperoni, ham, sausage, mushrooms, olives, bacon, bell peppers etc 8 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded Dash of garlic pepper or garlic powder, some Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese for the top of pizza Preheat oven to 375, lightly spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray then line pan with parchment paper. (I use the non-stick spray to help hold the parchment paper on cookie sheet) Using a mixer beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs until mixture is well blended and smooth. Add parmesan cheese, seasonings and 16 ounces mozzarella cheese. Spread mixture into prepared cookie sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes or until evenly browned, but not too dark. Allow to cool. Spread cooled crust with pizza sauce, then cheese and toppings of your choice. Lightly sprinkle with seasonings of your choice. Bake at 375 about 15-20 minutes or until toppings are bubbly. Let stand a few minutes before cutting.
