Love to hear from happy customers! I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for all of your companys help with my Dads move this past weekend in West Chester. Given his age and medical issues, I knew that he would not be able to pack or move himself. Little did I know how much help he would need! Living in Maine, I dont visit with him at his home. He usually travels to my house so he can spend time with the grand kids. I have to admit that when I arrived on Friday, I was a bit overwhelmed at just how much stuff he had accumulated. Your packer/mover, Otto, was an absolute godsend. He was a hard worker with such a pleasant demeanor. Whenever I started to feel stressed, he was there with a reassuring smile, some nice calming music on his cell phone, or he would jump in and take over whatever I was working on so that I could take a break. Im not sure if you pay Christmas bonuses or if he is due a raise anytime soon, but I have to say he certainly deserves it. All of your guys were truly fabulous but Otto really stood out and made a difficult few days for me much easier. I was thrilled to see him when he returned to help again on Saturday. Hopefully this is the last move for my dad, but should I ever need moving services for him again, I would definitely hire you guys! Similarly, I have other family in the area on my moms side, so provided they ever needed moving services, I would highly recommend your company to them! Jennifer D
