Loved my session today, you can view a snippet of it on my YouTube channel. I enjoy workouts outdoors as it makes me work harder. You have a lot more to contend with (slippy mud and grass for example!!!) Ill be doing a lot more routines in 2015 and ill be uploading them onto my YouTube channel.
