Lovely final sessions for Ageless Pilates and Pilates Mat (the Tuesday session!) today. And both groups did some wonderful stuff, and really showed some lovely insights into their bodies (I really loved Charlottes Oh, I did that completely from my arm, not my abdomen, so I had no where else to take it. That didnt work. when we did Side Lift Planks). And even lovelier that we all got to socialise afterwards to mark the end of another year of working together! I really enjoyed lunch after Ageless Pilates, and then ended the day with dessert with the Pilates Mat group. I really love the community weve got, and Im so looking forward to working with you all more next year.
